Our Methodology

At Premium Training Center we work with a personalized, comprehensive methodology applied to real football.
Every player is different: they have a specific age, position, skill level, goals, and needs. That's why our sessions don't follow a generic model. We design training programs tailored to each player so that the work is meaningful, useful, and directly applicable to matches.
Our approach combines technical training, physical conditioning, decision-making, and realistic game situations. We aim to help players not only improve their technical skills but also gain a deeper understanding of the game, build confidence, and learn to compete more effectively.
Personalized Training
Before training, we observe. We want to understand how each player plays, what they need to improve, and what their goals are. From there, we plan sessions focused on specific aspects such as ball control, passing, dribbling, finishing, changes of pace, 1-on-1 situations, body positioning, defending, decision-making, and position-specific movements.
Each session has a clear intention.
Technique Applied to the Game
We don't train isolated exercises unconnected to the game. Technique is developed within real-world contexts, so the player learns when, how, and why to use each skill.
We work on actions that constantly appear in competition: receiving under pressure, turning, attacking spaces, protecting the ball, finishing, defending duels, deciding quickly and executing with precision.
The goal is for the player to improve in training, but above all, to be able to apply that improvement on the court.
Functional Physical Training
Physical conditioning is a key part of our methodology. In our functional training area, we work on coordination, strength, speed, agility, mobility, and physical conditioning, always adapted to the player's age and skill level. This work complements the technical aspects and helps the player move better, compete with greater intensity, prevent injuries, and respond more effectively to the demands of the game.
Position, Objectives and Level
Each footballer trains according to their individual circumstances. A winger doesn't need exactly the same training as a central midfielder. A full-back doesn't train the same way as a striker. That's why we adapt the exercises to the player's position and the situations they encounter on the pitch. We also take their objectives into account: improving technically, gaining confidence, preparing for the season, complementing club training, or working on specific aspects of their game.
Intensity, Confidence, and Continuous Improvement
We believe that improvement requires training with intention, intensity, and consistency. Our work aims to ensure that each player leaves the session with a concrete improvement: better decision-making, cleaner technique, greater confidence in 1-on-1 situations, improved coordination, or a deeper understanding of the game.
Improvement doesn't happen overnight, but with a well-guided process, the player begins to notice real changes in the way they train and compete.
Train Better to Compete Better
Our methodology has a clear objective: to help each footballer raise their level.
We train details, correct habits, enhance strengths, and work on each player's areas for improvement.
